This website, clipperkeys.com ("the Site"), is operated by Flagstaff Software LLC ("we", "us"). Clipper is business software for locksmith professionals, currently in pre-launch. This policy describes what we collect on this Site and how we use it.

What we collect

• Waitlist information you give us: your name, email address, and (optionally) your shop name, when you join the waitlist.
• Basic technical data: our hosting provider may log IP addresses and request metadata for security and reliability, as is standard for any website.

What we do with it

• Contact you about your waitlist place, early access, and the launch of Clipper.
• Operate, secure, and improve the Site.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate the Site and communicate with you (for example, hosting and email delivery), under confidentiality obligations.

Cookies and tracking

The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If you submit the waitlist form while offline connectivity to our server is unavailable, your entry may be stored temporarily in your own browser's local storage until it can be submitted.

Data retention

We keep waitlist information until launch communications conclude or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@clipperkeys.com. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants additional privacy rights (for example the EU/EEA, UK, or California), we will honor the rights applicable to you.

Children

The Site is intended for business professionals and not for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product launches; the effective date above will change accordingly.
