The day on a map. Every job of the day is a numbered pin on the map, ringed in its tech's color, and the next one waits in a card at the bottom. Navigate, call the client or text the tech from that card without opening anything else.
Watch one tech. Press a tech's dot and the day narrows to them: their jobs, their next stop, the rest of the team ghosted. Press again and everyone is back.
A job arrives. A new job lands as a card over the map with the time, the price and where it came from. Accept it, hand it to a tech, forward it, or decline, in one tap.
The schedule. The week in a strip, the day as a grid, every job a block at its hour. Hold a block and drag it to a new time, or push it against the edge to move it to another day; it snaps to the quarter hour.

Clients. Every client with their number, their jobs and what they have spent over time, searchable by name or phone. Notes stay with the client, so the gate code is there next time.

The answer on the car. The Assist tab checks the job against your own kit: the tools, the key and the Lishi, three lights before you drive. The key, the cutting and the programming fold out under them.

Finance. Line items from your price book, parts from your van with tax on parts only, and the total. Change a price on the job or make it the new default.
The log. Every step, note and photo in order, with who did it and when. When the office asks what happened, it is already written down.

Getting paid

Collect on the spot. Job's done, then Collect, and the amount is already right. Card on the phone, cash with the change worked out, or a link the client pays from their own phone.
Part now, part later. Half in cash and the rest by card: the sheet takes one payment after another until the balance is zero. Every payment is logged with its method.
The receipt. A receipt goes out from your phone's own Messages app to the number on the job: the amount, the method and a link to the invoice. Nothing to set up.
Your money. What you are owed and what you owe, partner by partner, and what each tech has earned and been paid. Settle between yourselves; the app keeps score.

The van and the kit

What you carry, what you own, and a search that works without signal.

Van stock. Every key, blade and remote in your van with its count, low ones marked. The office sees the same list, so the shop knows what you are carrying.
The catalog. Every product in the key vault, searchable by vehicle, FCC, SKU or part number, filtered by key type, make, model and year. Add any part to your stock or order it from the row.
My equipment. Your programmers and their add-ons, cutting machines, Lishi set and universal keys, set once. Every car job is then checked against what you actually carry, not a generic list.
Search that works offline. The whole vault on the phone: by vehicle, FCC, part number or SKU, and it answers in a basement because the index is cached after the first load. The card shows the key, the chip, the keyway and the Lishi.
Looks and alerts. Dark, daylight, or follow the phone, in a full or a lighter look. Alerts when a job lands while the app sits in the background.
