01The key book

The key book, answering back.

Search the key vault by vehicle, FCC, SKU or part number, on the phone or in the office; 308 products are fully verified by working locksmiths. Every car job shows three lights before you leave the shop: the tools, the key and the Lishi, each checked against what you own.

02The whiteboard

The whiteboard, alive.

One lane per tech across the working day. Drop a job on a lane and it is assigned. Click a job and every tech is ranked by distance, and the one you pick accepts on their phone.

03The sticky notes

Stock that keeps count.

Every key, blade and remote in the van with its count, low ones marked. Add a part to the job and it comes off the stock. Drop in your supplier's list and every line is matched to the vault; you confirm before anything is added.

04The calculator

Who owes whom, already worked out.

Send the jobs you can't take to a partner at the split you agree, a percentage or a flat referral, and take the ones they can't. The ledger keeps score partner by partner; you settle between yourselves.

05The chats

They text. The app answers.

A dispatcher texts the job on WhatsApp or by text, the way they always have. It lands as a card, your Accept texts K back, and the closing goes back when you collect. Nothing for them to install.

06The receipt book

Paid on the spot. Into your own bank.

Job's done, then Collect, and the amount is already right: card on the phone, cash with the change worked out, or a link they pay from their own phone. The receipt goes out from your phone's own Messages.
