Clipper job texts
SMS terms. Last updated 3 November 2026
Clipper job texts is the text-message program of Clipper, business software for locksmith professionals, operated by Flagstaff Software LLC, formerly Nova Security LLC ("Clipper", "we", "us"). These terms cover the texts we send. How we handle your phone number and your consent is in our Privacy policy.
What we send
- Receipts, invoices and estimates from your locksmith about a service call you booked, sent by Clipper in the locksmith's name.
- Job updates for that call, such as "on the way" and "arrived".
- Account notices to Clipper members (locksmith owners and technicians) about their own jobs.
Every text starts with "Clipper:" and names the locksmith business it is about. We send no marketing or promotional texts.
How you opt in
- Customers: you give your mobile number to your locksmith when you book a service call, by phone or on the locksmith's Clipper booking page, and agree to texts about that call.
- Members: you opt in when you add your phone number in the Clipper app.
The first text names the business and tells you how to stop.
How often
Message frequency varies by job. You get texts only about service calls you booked or, as a member, about your own jobs.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
Help and opting out
Reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out.
- Reply STOP to any text and you are unsubscribed from that number. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END and QUIT work the same way. You get one text confirming it and nothing more.
- Reply START to subscribe again.
- Reply HELP or INFO at any time for help, or use the contact below.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy
We don't share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. The full policy is at clipperkeys.com/privacy.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do.
