The bridge

They text on WhatsApp. The app gets it.

They text the job the way they always have. It lands as a job card, your tap answers them, and the closing goes back when you collect.

The Today screen with a new job card open: a 2021 Kia Sportage lockout for Omar H on Northern Blvd in Woodside, from dispatch, with Accept, Assign, Forward and Decline.

The bridge

They don't run the app? The job still reaches you, and your tap answers them.

They text, it lands. A dispatcher texts you the job the way they always have, on WhatsApp or by text. It lands as a card: the type, the vehicle, the address, and who sent it.
Accept texts K. Tap Accept and the app texts K back for you, once. Or send it back with a reason: too far, too busy, the customer declined the price, no parts on the van.
The closing text. When you collect, the closing writes itself: what was paid and what was parts. One confirm tap and it goes to the dispatcher who sent the job.
Nothing for them to install. The dispatcher keeps their phone and their habits. You get the card, the job sheet and the closing, and the thread sits in your inbox with the rest.

Forwarding between shops

Stop losing the jobs you can't take. Send them at the split you agree; take what they can't.

Send a job. Pick the partner and the split, a percentage or a flat referral; your parts come back first. Their answer lands in your inbox and on the board.
Offers in. A job offered to you shows the terms, the price and your take before you touch it. Accept and it is on your schedule, client and all; decline and it goes back.
Three shops, one job. A job can pass through a sender, a middle shop and the one who does it; each cut comes out in order. Every line lands on the ledger when the job is paid.
The network. Link shops by code, with default terms per partner, and each partner's balance beside their name. Change the terms on any single job when you send it.

The ledger

Who owes whom, on every forwarded job. You settle it between yourselves.

Who owes whom. Every forwarded job as a line: they collected and your cut, or you collected and their referral. Open until you settle it between yourselves.
Settle up. Mark a partner settled and their open lines close together, with an undo. Nothing moves through us; the app keeps score.
On the phone and at the office. The same ledger on the phone in the field and on the office screen, partner by partner. What the tech collected is what the office sees.

Getting paid

Paid on the spot. Into your own bank.

Collect on the spot. Job's done, then Collect, and the amount is already right. Card on the phone, cash with the change worked out, or a link the client pays from their own phone.
Parts, tax and the split. Parts carry tax and labor does not; parts a tech supplied come back to them in full before any split. The numbers are right before anyone argues.
The receipt. A receipt goes out from your phone's own Messages app to the number on the job: the amount, the method and a link to the invoice. Nothing to set up.
Into your own bank. Card payments settle to your own account under your own name. We never hold your money, and nothing moves between shops through us.

The Finance tab of a job: the line items, the total, and collect by card, cash or link.
